The house is in the heart of the village on a side street with good vehicle access and parking, 2 minutes walk from all village amenities. The street that it is on leads up to ‘El Castillo’ an old watch tower on the outskirts of the village which now houses the tourist information. There is a Panaderia (bakery) and fishmongers right at the end of the street.
Completely refurbished recently, all fixtures and fittings are to a high standard.
We have tried to include in the house all that is required for a comfortable stay and to enable you to bring with you as little as possible, so that you have plenty of luggage space to bring back all those essential souvenirs and of course plenty of vino.

The ground floor of the house is open plan with a comfortable living area and a large kitchen / dining area. For your entertainment there is a TV and DVD player and a music system, consisting of radio, cassette and CD player. It is also capable of playing MP3 CD’s.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster etc and we will always try to ensure that there is a supply of basics available on your arrival including washing-up liquid, tea, coffee, etc.
On the first floor there is a shower room and a large bedroom, with double bed and single sofa bed. On the second floor there is a double bedroom leading onto the terrace which has stunning views over the village to the mountains. Also included is a hairdryer, alarm clocks, towels, bedding, blankets, BBQ.
In the village there are plenty of excellent bakeries (panaderias or confiterias), and several butchers, fishmongers and greengrocers and small supermarkets, where you can get most of the supplies you will need. However for a more extensive range there is a larger supermarket just outside Coin, which is on route from the airport. There is also a public swimming pool (summer months) in the village.
There is a wealth of information in the house detailing places to go and things to do in the village and surrounding area. We have included detailed hikers maps for the more intrepid walker, road maps and various leaflets, amongst other things, which we are constantly updating.
